When you have everything unzipped, put the patch data files into Great War 5 data files, then move them into Napoleon-steam folder. Then take the ww1_campaign files fron the patch and put into the Great War campagin folder, then move to Napoleon-steam. The run everything through Mod Manager. That's what worked for me.
